  The U Khandi Museum - 2, located near the main entrance of Mandalay Hill and flanked by two lion statues, showcases a collection of Nipattaw paintings. These artworks depict the charitable endeavors and renovations of pagodas and monasteries carried out by the hermit U Khandi across Myanmar. The paintings were created by Aung Moe San, an artist from Seinpone Ward, located east of Yahaing Market in Mandalay. The precise year of their creation remains unknown.

  Compared to U Khandi Museum - 1, this second museum primarily features only paintings, with no other significant artifacts on display. The paintings are notable for their vibrant colours and the use of oil paint on zinc sheets, a characteristic style of Nipat art. Unlike other Nipattaw paintings that focus on the life of the Buddha, these specifically document U Khandi's donations.

  These paintings are in better condition than the ones found along the Mandalay Hill staircases. However, they remain vulnerable to long-term damage from the weather and insect infestations. It's unclear if any systematic preservation efforts are currently in place. These paintings can be compared to the documented works of charity found in the Eaindawya Mahura Zayat to gain a better understanding of their historical context.
